Description

This course provides a thorough introduction to business risk. We will look at the fundamentals of enterprise risk management (ERM) and other important issues of risk management which require a thorough understanding if you are to meet stakeholders’ expectations in an ever-increasingly uncertain business environment.

Subject Matter Expert

Tayo Fadahunsi is an alumnus of the North-West University Graduate School of Business where he obtained an MBA with a specialisation in operations and decision management. Tayo has over 13 years of facilitation experience and has conducted training and advisory services for major schools of business and government departments across Africa on corporate strategy, risk management, operations management and marketing management.

Tayo is a Chartered Marketer and a fellow of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN). He is a qualified and registered assessor and moderator with Education, Training and Development Practices – Sector Education and Training Authority (ETDP-SETA) and SERVICE-SETA South Africa.

The content videos are presented by Malcolm Petersen. Malcolm started his professional career at the age of 19, swiftly moving up the corporate ladder and being appointed as interim chief operations officer of a multinational and listed company. In 2019, Malcolm started his own consulting business, placing emphasis on understanding business and the risks involved, in an attempt to assist new and smaller businesses manage and grasp the importance of risks within the entity.
