Summary

The sooner employees know what is expected of them and how to do their work, the quicker they will be productive, which will not only benefit the employee, but also the organisation as a whole. It is important for line managers and human resource managers to understand the importance of training and development in the workplace. This course will not only provide this understanding, but the basic “know-how” to run this function in their departments.
