Description

Armour your psyche by understanding change. Connect meaningfully with others and improve how to make positive changes.

Subject Matter Expert

Keith Cunningham spent most of his career in heavy industry and corporates where emotional intelligence was not in high demand. After realising that what was important to him was not important to the people he worked for, Keith and his wife, Liz, left the corporate world, and spent seven months travelling around the world, exploring and reconnecting with themselves and each other. On returning to South Africa, Liz and Keith started EQuip – a company specialising in and focussed on emotional intelligence.

Keith has spent the last 15 years working with a range of companies, ranging from multinationals to start-ups enabling people to see beyond their comfort zones and find meaning in the work they do or making changes that serve them and the other important people in their lives. Emotional intelligence is learnable; we just need to make the subconscious conscious to start our journey and change our world.
