MEET YOUR SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT (SME)
Leighton Forbes has worked extensively in the education sector over the past 20 years, having graduated initially from Cape Town College of Education with a Higher Diploma in Education (HDE) in 1998. He furthered his studies by completing a Bachelor of Education (Hons) degree from the University of Cape Town in 2005. His teaching career has covered all areas of the education spectrum in local primary and high school contexts, public, private and international educational contexts. He has worked extensively as a teacher, researcher, technologist and recently as the Head of IT Innovation at a local high school in Cape Town, South Africa. Leighton currently drives strategic academic technology Integration, policy enablement and curriculum innovation across a diverse, multi-campus digital learning infrastructure environment.
